Like last year, Starz sport for 2010 again a number of professional swimming camps with the aim of every young swimmer a race to offer fantastic holiday week, with training under the guidance of top swimmers and fun go hand in hand.
The Dutch and Belgian swimming courses are of high standard, but it often lacks the time and resources to maximize the workout. Sports Starz gives competitive swimmers between the ages of 8 to 20 years the opportunity to swim alongside the training of their own club, sign up for an extra week training holiday. The courses are provided by top swimmers and coaches in Eindhoven, Heerenveen and Calella. Often in the summer at the swimming club less trained. In sports starz is 3.5 to 4 hours every day swimming with a focus on technique by which the swimmers of any level is good to maintain. To find the right technique to learn and / or improve, we often use video cameras both above and below water.
