PSV anxiously looking for new trainers
On the advertising pages of the chronicle is swimming since July 12, an advertisement of Eiffel Swimmers PSV:
"In the context of expansion and new layout of our groups and the composition of a new trainer team we are looking for enthusiastic coaches (M / V), our trainer corps strengthen Eiffel Swimmers PSV continued to develop as Talent Training in the broadest sense of the word .. "
This expansion can also be seen as a substitute, for up to 4 coaches lay down their work this summer at PSV.
Of those four trainers, Adri de Laat probably the best known. This impressive trainer has many years of PSV youth under his care had since last year, after which he was responsible for the swimmers club PSV (senior + youth). With that shift made PSV still very clear choice for Adri, what part of Pomerania Sylvester ensured that the switch from PSV to Starfish-Catfish (Uden). Personal circumstances make it a year later that he became coach Adri decision PSV down.
Even his assistant Lilian Dekkers will not return next season to the rim in Eindhoven. She chooses to go back towards Eindhoven Leusden and behind them.
In the younger swimmers choose Haest George and Paul Goddery sure to leave PSV. Joris had with Manon Houtman minioren since a year under his wing. The cooperation between the two, however, proceeded very slowly, causing a split in April, was made in the group. Manon continued the minioren 3-4, while George was responsible for the minioren 5-6 (junior girls 1). Unfortunately the situation has not improved sufficiently to allow George has decided to stop. Paul Goddery, which together with the other juniors Caroline Smith coached, going after 2 years PSV back to his old love HZPC Horst.
Opposite these rooms is certain that Janet Mulder and Patrick Pearson have indicated they would like to continue with the RTC and PSV.
Patrick has in recent months in connection with the pregnancy of its functions taken over by the RTC. In addition, she had to doubt whether internally declared after her pregnancy she still wanted to come back full time, but the choice ultimately ended up on.
For Patrick, this means that his contract with the RTC will expire on 31 August, but the intention is that he will remain active within PSV. Whether this means that the group that he did Adri will accompany or an entirely new format will be made at this time is not yet known.
All in all, quite a landslide at PSV and so they are hard to find new trainers.
