Dutch youth record of Sharon Rouwendaal
400vrij men
Just before the ladies had Sebastiaan Verschuren already put down a respectable 3.51.17 at 400vrij. Thus he continued Tom Vangeneugden (3.54.47) and Job Kienhuis (3.55.28) well before. Verschuren knew from the start immediately a hole to save and where you would normally expect that the long-distance swimmers and Vangeneugden Kienhuis still would come back, he knew the hole neatly to hold to the finish. Bryan Mannaart won the youth boys, for the Frenchman Gergoire Brousmiche and Mike Marissen . Ferry Weertman , the only Dutch youth fastest swimmer in the series eventually had to settle for 4th place at 0.17 of the bronze of Marissen, 04/08/60 at 04/08/77 . For Mannaart got boosts in the morning all 03/04/86 on the scoreboard.
200rug men
No Nick Driebergen and thus an opportunity for the rest of the backstroke swimmers to stand out. Bastiaan Leijesen did not require to say 2x and swam 28.39 - 59.13 (30.74) - 31.01.66 (32.53) - 02.03.13 (31.53) for the gold, more than 5 seconds for his fellow club Arvid Munsters (08/02/32, time series 2.08 .30). Again, a Frenchman on the stage, Nathan Fraysse became 3rd in 02.09.62, hence the Joey Ruiter referring to location 4.
200rug ladies
When she still swam in France was the coach who decided what Sharon Rouwendaal swam and usually meant a (over) full program. Now she has shown that much can, but now she swims in the Netherlands they themselves may (partly) determine what they want to swim distances. And so the choice fell today on the 400vrij and 200ws, so we saw her back in the finals of the 200rug. Also Femke Heemskerk had canceled the finals, so Wendy vd Zanden the favorite. Fortunately, Wendy had no problem with that and she swam to a very nice personal record of 2.14.72. Obviously she was very pleased with her time, especially because they like her teammates at Eiffel Swimmers PSV not specifically to this NK had been working. The goal is for Wendy in late July in Sheffield and shortly thereafter on the short course in Leeds. Behind Wendy was silver for Mariet Koster in 2.16.88, followed by Albers in beautiful Kimberley 2/17/19
100school men
Or Thijs Lennart, Lennart or Thijs. The gentlemen in the 100school made another great struggle with the same winner again unfortunately for Lennart Thijs van Valkengoed . On the 2nd track he made almost a second well to Lennart and after a delay of 7 tenths after 50m (Lennart 29.12, 29.88 Thijs), resulted in a victory of 0.21 seconds: 02/01/73 to 02/01/52 against Lennart. A quite balende Lennart was, however, reasonably satisfied with his time, so full in training for the World Cup, but would have liked the title on this 100school claimed for themselves. Devi Wolthuis tapped as 3rd in a personal best of 04.01.15 and now stands ninth on the eternal ranking of 100m breaststroke in the Netherlands.
100school ladies
The No. 1 ranking on the eternal 100school with the ladies has been a few months Moniek Nijhuis . During the swimcup in Amsterdam, she put on 17 april 01/07/41 down in a Jaked . Now the suit is not allowed, Monique went from no one really around that time to come, because they are not fitted to the starting line. But whether it comes from finishing its work on Tenerife (with still some more breaststroke meters) or the extra attention to streamline its technology, or the general fun again what she has in the swim (or of course in all), the 08/01/42 was a time where they could be very satisfied. She improved so her own championship record from 2007 with more than 1.5 seconds and swam the fastest 100m breaststroke without "tools"
. Also Tessa Brouwer appeared still under the old championship record of 1.10.03 with her finishing time of 09.01.76, a new Dutch record for 18 year olds. With some additional training years seems on her way to the established order (Monique and Lia Dekker ) is difficult to make. Lia had this time to settle for bronze in 1.10.11.
200vlinder men
Eins, Zwei, Drei our eastern neighbors would say. 1-2-3 for Eiffel Swimmers PSV was what the speaker could tell at the awards ceremony of the 200vlinder for the men. Joeri Verlinden was the top scaffold standing with his 2/1/04, followed by Jurjen Willemsen in 3.2.43 and Wouter Houtman in 2.4.02. Both men knew their last time a piece of their PR pick, respectively, 0.12 and 0.99. For Yuri this time no new top journals that state since the Swimcup in Amsterdam on 1.57.45 (in Jaked ).
200vlinder ladies
In the women not fully stage from Eindhoven, Ilse Horn of Zwemlust / Utrecht swam 2.24.48 to the Bronze Age. In areas 1 and 2 as expected Marleen Veldhuis and Jessica Branch, although the order has almost been the other way. With a, for an absolute stop time, to rapid opening of 28.87, it was Marleen far for the rest of the field of swimming. Even after 100m was the lead on No. 2 (Jessica) more than 2 seconds (2.40). She sat with her 01/02/14 DIK also under the schedule of Conny van Bentum of 1998 which led to the still standing Dutch record of 2.12.33. After 150m, the gap compared to Jessica selft have grown to 2.62, but on the last job was as Marleen "gently" pointed to its rapid opening and toil of the past weeks. A final 50m of 37.02 eventually resulted in a fine 2.14.39, just before approaching the rap Jessica. Those laid off the last 50m in 35.07 and finally ended just 0.67 short of the title: 2.15.06. But by that time, Jessica is happy because it was a thick personal record.
50vrij men
This morning was Arjan van der Plaat and Bas van Velthoven finish it quickly at 23.39, but now it was Arjan who alone was fastest in 23.15. Rudy Ted Arjan de Haan finished just behind in 23.22, Nosy Pelagie was 3rd in 23.35. For Bass, there was no more than a 5th place in 23.47, still close behind Timon Evenhuis who swam 23.41. Winner of the B-final Jeroen Stuut put 23.56 on the clock.
50vrij ladies
No idea what surprising was the victory of the 50vrij Chantal Groot (25.41) or the silver and the progression of Ilse Dykes (25.49). In October 2008 she was super happy with the 25.37 she was in Aachen on the 25m track down and you managed to put that time she swims almost in the 50m pool. Her progression from 26.29 (Swimcup Amsterdam april) to 25.49 now means they are the top 10 all time arrives on channel 9 and thus Annemarie Verstappen from the top 10 shot. Unfortunately for her, there are swimmers in the 8 to 7 above her still currently active, only number 2 Inge de Bruijn (24.13) will not be able to improve her time. Number 3 in the race today was Saskia de Young with 25.92.
200wissel men
He was quite at his position required, but it did not really matter. Robin Aggele won it with 5.2.32, but had to go deep to Bram Dekker from her account. Bram came to 05/02/88, before 02/06/85 with Dave Verreussel and Mike Marissen with 2.7.18. Robert Yallop who after his time of 2.14.27 series on twitter did not have to be satisfied with that time, improved in the B-to a nice thick finala 02/09/21, well below the 2.11.16 which he had started the tournament . Comment on this race: "Great finale, mental well-swum, this hold and make a nice weekend
"
200wissel ladies
It seemed that Hinkelien quickly wanted to punch a hole in the 50m butterfly after 200wissel and seemed pretty well. But with a strong backstroke of Sharon and a strong breaststroke Rieneke layers of the ladies after 150m again quite close together. Eventually, Hinkelien Rieneke just keep away from him, 2.17.04 and 2.17.20 at this time Sharon had to settle for bronze in 2.18.07. For Joelle Scheps was a 4th place in a nice pr of 2.18.72. All 4 ladies swam their times with an A + ranking.
4x200vrij men
The speaker focused entirely on the Dutch youth record and therefore had not the fastest team of the day the senior record came awfully close. With an unleashed Joeri Verlinden as final swimmer (1.50.45) remained the lords team Eiffel Swimmers PSV eventually something less than one second stabbing of the record of the Dolphin last year. AZ & PC finished 2nd at almost 20 seconds of the winners, in turn, 12 seconds for the number 3 WVZ. On that team was the oldest of two brothers meezwemmende Smeets does go to extremes to the French team from Calais to stay. Ultimately it was the finish that was decisive and the bronze went to the team from Zoetermeer with 7.59.43, for the team from Calais with 7.59.54. For the number 5, the youth team of Eiffel Swimmers PSV, no medal, but flowers, for she swam a new Dutch Youth Record. Johnno Smulders (01/02/21), Sil Hoving (02/03/55), Joey de Ruiter (2.00.95) and Patrick Smith (1.55.20) 8.00.91 surfaced with their thick under the old record of the team of The Otters The Throw last year. Then put the record on 08/07/38, now so thick 6 seconds faster.
4x100vrij ladies
The last song of the day lacked a bit of the fireworks hoped, partly due to the absence of virtually all toppers. Only Hinkelien still had meaning to her team the lead with 56.15 to impose, after Wendy vd Zanden, Maud van de Meer and Clarissa van Rheenen professional completers. It is remarkable that with 3.47.42 but little more than a second over the Dutch record for club teams were seniors. Apparently the Eiffel Swimmers PSV topformatie never with four at the start stood on the 4x100vrij? The dolphin could get with the silver in 3.51.31, while the team of Zwemlust / Utrecht with their time in the series of 3.52. 78 won bronze.
